Main Box Office Location: Box Office/Administration Entrance, Washington Avenue (Ground Level - the tunnel entrance, at the corner of Washington and Olive Streets, across the street from the VIP parking lot). The Box Office Hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday thru Friday.

Event Box Office Location: Verizon Arena Main Entrance, Washington Avenue (Second Level - At the top of the main entrance stairs).

Group Sales: We now provide group ticket sales for most events and offer discounts for groups on specified shows throughout the year. For your convenience you may contact our Group Sales Department at (501) 975-9131 to place an order or get answers to any questions you might have.

Paperless Ticketing Information:
Verizon Arena sometimes uses Paperless Tickets to help ensure fans purchasing designated seats will be able to secure tickets at face value and keep them out of the hands of scalpers.  Seats delivered with Paperless Tickets will not be transferable.  Please see Paperless Ticket instructions below.

Step 1:
Buy your tickets using a credit card online at www.ticketmaster.com by phone at 800-745-3000, at the Verizon Arena Box Office or at any Ticketmaster Outlet.

PLEASE NOTE:
*We WILL NOT take gift cards for paperless ticket purchases.
•You WILL receive an email after you place your order that will give you your order number, the number of tickets you purchased, the total charge and your seat location.
•You WILL NOT EVER receive a paper ticket.


Step 2:
Bring the credit card used to purchase your tickets and a valid photo ID that MATCHES the name on the credit card to Verizon Arena the night of the event.


Step 3:
Go directly to the doors at the main entrance with your guest, present your ID and swipe your credit card for entry.

Lottery Policy

Tickets may be purchased at the Verizon Arena Main Entrance box office locations beginning 2 hours prior to showtime on event days.

Will Call is located at the Box Office/Administration Entrance M-F 9:30am - 5:30 pm. Will Call can be picked up at the Verizon Arena Main Entrance Box Office, 2 hours prior to showtime on event days.

Payment: Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted.
