Step 1:

Buy your tickets using a credit card online at www.ticketmaster.com by phone at 800-745-3000, at the Verizon Arena Box Office or at any Ticketmaster Outlet. PLEASE NOTE: -We WILL NOT take gift cards for paperless ticket purchases. -You WILL receive an email after you place your order that will give you your order number, the number of tickets you purchased, the total charge and your seat location. -You WILL NOT EVER receive a paper ticket.

Step 2:

Bring the credit card used to purchase your tickets and a valid photo ID that MATCHES the name on the credit card to Verizon Arena the night of the event.

Step 3:

Go directly to the doors at the main entrance with your guest, present your ID and swipe your credit card for entry.
